True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Tuscan Kale Salad with Grilled Sustainable Salmon. Regardless of the occasion, we know our Tampa guests leave feeling energized, satisfied and most importantly, feeling great. We had a great time! The bartenders were amazing and very attentive. An extremely cool vibe and the food was top notch. We will be back!

I love the GF food options, and we are frequent diners here. Sadly the last visit was not so good. . . They had no soft drinks and no sweetener for iced tea. I hope this was a one time thing.

Hey I'm sorry if there was any miscommunication, we have never carried sodas. We do have all types of fresh juices and all types of sweeteners as well!

Met some friends for lunch on a busy afternoon. The food was terrific. I shared a seasonal pizza (butternut squash), and a simple green salad with chicken tenders. It was all very tasty. I topped it off with a Chai Caramel Cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Mmmm mmm good. The patio dining was fun and atmospheric. Our wait staff was very attentive and friendly. I will probably put this one on my short list for a fun afternoon, evening or anytime foodie fun place.

The food is too expensive for what you get, but I like that they have plenty of vegetarian options. My companion had to send their food back (the spaghetti squash) because it was cold. The kitchen staff popped it in the oven for a few minutes and it was better, but that was a rookie mistake, especially for a staple dish.

Not gonna lie. Service was slow. Like one minute I was thinking they’d forgotten about us and the next minute we were overwhelmed with our order. Food was good as usual.
