True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Sat outdoors for a weekend lunch with friends. From the minute we were welcomed to the restaurant to the moment we left, everything and everyone was fantastic!

Service was terrible: took forever to get a wait person then they changed our guy out for another person. She informed us that TF has discontinued the sweet potato hash which was always a great staple with their burgers and sandwiches. She never checked on us once we got the food, like asking if we needed anything else or offering refills on their way overpriced lemonade. The protein add-in's to a salad or a bowl were $6.95 which is outrageous when the meal is already $18.95. Anyway, overall very disappointing experience at brunch over the weekend. Then the cherry on top was chasing any wait person down to give us a to-go box and to take our check! Come on, True Foods Tampa, you can do better. This was really pitiful.

Too start our spritzers took as long as our food to come out and our waitress never came and checked on us unless it was to give us our order. The food was very bland and average for the price

Food took a little bit to come out but was fresh when it did. Love all the healthier options! Had the turkey burger last time, and the Korean chicken sandwich this time - both are good!
