Great meal and gluten free options! Had the hummus with gluten free pita and turkey burger on lettuce and kale salad. Delicious! Service good as well.

It was such a great experience with my family. We celebrated our mom’s 66th birthday! The food was delicious and Jay, our server, was awesome throughout the experience. We’ll definitely be coming back for another outing soon.

I looked at the reviews prior to booking and most people liked the restaurant. We didn’t enjoy our meal, the food was mediocre, yet the prices were not. The coffee came out tepid, and most of the food was warm not hot. We were looking forward to the visit based on the menu but will not be a repeat customer.

This was our third time at TFK. The meatloaf was very good but the salmon with rice pilaf was disappointing. The server was kind enough to get another salmon. The second one was better cooked but still the rice pilaf was lacking flavor and seemed over-cooked. It just was not as good as when we had it during our prior visits. Just an off night I suppose. Still would go back.

We know the chain from Phoenix. It has gotten heavier and more expensive in its move East. The design could have been adopted for the location, nut everything is a formula. “Can you turn the blaring music down?” “The levels are preset by corporate.” The beauty was how clean and simple the food was, now just a bit too much fat and salt.

I enjoy lunch here, my kale caesar could have used a little massaging & maybe mixed with another green, I was tired of chewing with half of my salad left. Salmon on top was cooked nicely

After several visits to True Food Kitchen, we have decided it is just okay. What we like - we love sitting on the porch. Despite yesterday's heat, there was a slight breeze and they had the ceiling fans moving the air. It was a really nice summer evening. What was disappointing is, the waitress did not follow through. One was not a big deal; however, the other meant the burger was not prepared as requested and my husband did not want to wait for a "redo" while the rest of us sat with our meals.
