True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Great tasting healthy food! Prices reasonable as well. Try the Air Fry Chicken tenders with kale slaw or the organic strawberry & arugula salad.

The arugula did not look very fresh. The server was to advise about an allergy issue and we got our answer when the food was delivered. Should have been told before order arrived.

Menu changed and so did the quality of food. Portion sizes also seemed to get smaller. Ordered hummus for appetizer which used to be one of our favorite things on the menu. They changed the way it was made and took out the veggies that used to be served with it. They also only gave you half of the pitas then charged you if you wanted extra pitas. This used to be one of our go-to local restaurants, but don’t think we’ll be going back anytime soon.

Great, tasty food without the guilt 😀 Had edamame dumplings - yummm 😋 and trout, both recommended by our very personable waiter, Levan(?sp)

Our experience was great with one exception: the mixed drinks that both my daughter and I ordered were awful. I ordered a Lemon Drop Martini, and she ordered an Espresso Martini. The lemon drop was lemon juice with a tiny splash of plain vodka. The espresso martini was coffee water with no alcohol. We sent them both back & our server did take them off our bill. A restaurant should not have mixed drinks on the menu if there is no knowledgeable bartenders there to make them. They should stick to wine.

No wine glasses. Dirty dishes No spice on the glass noodles. They really need to get it together.

Love the wide range of food, drinks, and diet inclusiveness on the menu. Great place to go with friends and loved ones on vegan, vegetarian or GF diets. I consume organic groceries at home so it was great being able to eat organic at a restaurant too.

I like this place. Busy but not crazy. It’s not fancy but it’s clean. The food is good, the servers are friendly and courteous which makes it a pleasure to dine here.Had a little snafu with my order but they apologized and corrected it immediately. I’ll remember to take photos next time. Would definitely dine here again.
