True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. No wine glasses. Dirty dishes No spice on the glass noodles. They really need to get it together.

Love the wide range of food, drinks, and diet inclusiveness on the menu. Great place to go with friends and loved ones on vegan, vegetarian or GF diets. I consume organic groceries at home so it was great being able to eat organic at a restaurant too.

I like this place. Busy but not crazy. It’s not fancy but it’s clean. The food is good, the servers are friendly and courteous which makes it a pleasure to dine here.Had a little snafu with my order but they apologized and corrected it immediately. I’ll remember to take photos next time. Would definitely dine here again.

Presentation was disappointing. This was my fourth visit and was usually more than satisfied. But this last visit the menu was changed, and not as much appealed to us. Especially the grain bowls. I order ancient grain bowl, usually my favorite, but sauce was so spicy and when we asked to have it adjusted the chef said no. Had to pay for a second one! Presentation was disappointing when I compared to previous visits. For the price, I’ll likely not go back for a long while. Appreciate the concept, locally sourced and organic, but it’s not the same that it was. Server was lovely.

Tried this place as a result of an InKind offer, and found it quite good. Sat outdoors on a warm evening, The selections were very good, Mexican street corn is a must. Salmon and steak as mains, both well prepared and delicious. Portions were ample, and we left feeling very satisfied with the experience. A return visit is in order.

Delicious food! Everything was so good and we felt good after sharing an app and finishing entrees, instead of blah and gross like we would've if we'd gone to another restaurant nearby we had considered. Service was friendly, but busy. I cannot wait to go back. Great for lunch with friends or a healthier dinner for a fun date night.
