True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Tuscan Kale Salad with Grilled Sustainable Salmon. Regardless of the occasion, we know our Edison guests leave feeling energized, satisfied and most importantly, feeling great. This food was small and overpriced. Yes it is farm to table but that shouldnt mean we are served almost no food on our plates. A super small chicken sandwich with barely any chicken on it and the pasta my family member was served was crunchy and parts were not cooked. Our waitress barely came to check on us and took what felt like years to come to our table. Don’t go here if you are looking for a good portion of food.

Interesting menu. All fresh food. Delicious butternut squash soup and air fried chicken.

First time dining here, it was a phenomenal experience. The food is fresh and healthy. Absolutely delicious!

I ate at a TFK in Pasadena, CA which was very good. We found this location did not meet up to the same experience in terms of the food.

My first time at True Food Kitchen. I can’t have gluten and the restaurant was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The menu had so many options. The food was delicious.

Appetizers were really flavor full. Cocktails need some work. Entrees leave a lot to be desired. Food was dry. A basic hamburger should still have some flavor. Meatloaf was u recognizable as meatloaf and very dry as well. Ambience was nice and staff really very friendly and helpful. Given that there are so many options in close proximity they will need to up their flavor game to compete.

Great food, great service. Really nice menu options! And the seasonal options are awesome too! Lots to chose from: vegan, gluten free, clean food. We will be back again.

I loved the openness and light at True Food Kitchen. I very much enjoyed the cocktail I had (Blood Orange margarita) and the crisp chicken tenders either kale salad. The chicken is air fried, so lighter than fried, and with great crunch and flavor. The kale salad was really delicious. My husband had a glass middle bowl that he said was very good too. We will definitely go back.
