True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. It was super cold inside , they ran out of glassware so gave up plastic cups to drink from we had to ask for plates and silverware. When I ordered my burger they forgot everything on it besides the cheese and burger itself. Our appetizer was cold. Food was okay under seasoned though. Might have just been a busy night but was expecting alittle more for the price range.

Good spot, unique menu and a very healthy ingredient list. Food was tasty. Overall portions are not huge but certainly not small.

True Food Kitchen is awesome because they don't jack up their prices for Valentine's Day. We got there early enough so it wasn't over packed. Service was good. Food was fantastic. There are many healthy options on the menu. I'd like to see some desserts without chocolate or conventional sugar. Or even a list of ingredients on the menu for those of us who are truly health conscious. I hate to be "that person" who asks a ton of questions and a list of ingredients would be beneficial for those who care about our health.

The food here is incredibly good - better then you would expect- very tasty and they give you the calorie count for each meal which is very helpful. All the meals are also constructed to be very nutrient dense so you don’t need 3 courses to meet your needs - highly recommend I just wish I were closer!

The chairs are horrific. They have a choice of metal or woven basket. SOOOOO uncomfortable for elderly or disabled. There are a few tables with regular white chairs. Unfortunate because the food was great. Small portions

Great service, healthy meal options. You can really tell that they use clean products. We dined for brunch and loved every dish we tried. Excited to go back for lunch.

As usual, the food was good. I tried something new, which was the butternut pizza. Not a big fan of it. It was good though and different. My favorite is still the turkey lasagna!

I’ve eaten here before and had phenomenal service, but tonight (1/5/25) the staff was not welcoming, and in fact condescending. Hoping they just had a bad day and it doesn’t persist.

This food was small and overpriced. Yes it is farm to table but that shouldnt mean we are served almost no food on our plates. A super small chicken sandwich with barely any chicken on it and the pasta my family member was served was crunchy and parts were not cooked. Our waitress barely came to check on us and took what felt like years to come to our table. Don’t go here if you are looking for a good portion of food.
