Little cold they have very good air conditioning welcome in the heat of Dallas . Very open restaurant good for healthy weeknight meal . Sensible portion sizing great service and a nice variety of options for a healthier meal .The open style is cafeteria like so not the place for a quiet romantic evening for two !! A younger persons go to for healthy eating with friends if you all plan to gather .. vegetarian gluten free all the food we ordered was wonderful great flavors and simple presentation they let the food do the talking. Give it a go ..

Mia was our waitress and she was very conscientious and gracious! The food was outstanding, as always! We appreciate the commitment to high quality, clean ingredients -- real food that isn't harmful to our bodies!

Love the menu options for GF. Friend was able to choose something delicious without worrying. Wait staff was attentive.

Seated on the patio. Server was knowledgeable re: menu offerings and made suggestions. Our group was a mix of omnivorous, gf and paleo and the menu accommodated all. Portions are just right. Flavors were spot on. Will return.

My husband and I were in Dallas for a visit to Cooper Clinic, and made a reservation at one of our favorite restaurants - True Food Kitchen! We made the reservation through Open Table--very easy. I had to message that we were running late and they responded immediately! Service and food were wonderful - consistent with all our visits! Keep up the good work!

My pizza was late and arrived uncooked. I sent it back. The next I got tasted marginal. Our waiter was totally inattentive. He never refilled our table of 4’s beverages until the end when we called him over and asked him to to so. He fill up my glass and my husband’s tea with. I ice and didn’t refill our guests’ empty glasses. It was a bad experience.

We had a nice dinner at true Food kitchen the other night. I had to meatloaf and my husband had lasagna. The food was delicious and our server Maria was outstanding!
