True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Admittedly, True Food Kitchen in Columbus, OH, is one of my favorite restaurants in the Columbus metro area. That said, we took the opportunity to attend the Fall Menu Preview event. It was the quality experience I am used to, with the bonus of trying some new dishes. For people with food allergies/sensitivities, True Food Kitchen is a gem. It is a national chain, but the food is consistently delicious at all the sites I have visited. Oh, and it's great for vegans, too! The ambiance is great! It is just right for conversation with people at your table, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Give it a try!

We enjoyed an early dinner in the outdoor area. Few people so not too noisy. Attention to dietary restrictions was required and achieved. Pleasant staff.

I really enjoy this TFK. I eat mostly organic, and most of the menu is healthy and flavorful, with many options for all kinds of diet types. I recently had my birthday dinner here and all my companions agreed that the food was outstanding. Our server was super friendly and attentive. I'm excited to keep coming back here and support this restaurant.

We expected a great experience based upon what we had read, and upon having looked at the menu ahead of time. 1-it’s LOUD. We all had to almost yell to be heard, sitting at a very small table. 2-my family members’ dinners all came out but mine didn’t come until after they were nearly finished. And the restaurant did nothing about it. Like it wasn’t a big deal. So I watched them all eat, and they watched me eat. 3-upon waiting, my food was not good. Okay, the umami potatoes-yum. The edamame dumplings-mushy and near flavorless…but what flavor there was-YUCK! I would NEVER recommend this restaurant.

The company and ambiance were good but I ordered the Buffalo ranch chicken salad and I’m pretty sure they dressed my salad and then left it to sit while they prepared the other six dishes for the table! My salad came out and the lettuce was a wilted, soggy mess! I almost sent it back but I was starving so I just ate it! Good flavor but soggy salad is a disappointment for $18!!!

We enjoyed our healthy dinner at True Kitchen. Lots of interesting healthy items to choose from. My veggie burger was really good and came with a nice healthy salad. Server was really good with nice attitude and smile. Also enjoyed white wine we had. Nice outdoor patio made it special.
