True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. First, hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Hannah, our server, was engaging and offered great suggestions. The butternut squash soup and butternut squash casserole is the perfect feel good and tasty treat for cold weather. Great experience!

I want to love this place. Between seating us by the cold windows with they weren’t full and the impractical seating arrangement, the noise… But the food was just not good. Not even worth listing. 9 out of 10 of walked away hungry and I did not trust chancing dessert. Even the slow roasted beef was dry. The chicken wrap so dry. Try Mac and Cheese did not have much flavor. This was my second time. I liked it at lunch last summer. Too bad.

We had a great time and great dinners. Even thought they were out of salmon, the meal was tasty. So happy to have healthy options for dining at a place that truly cares about quality food. We had reservations, but were late. They accommodate us perfectly. Will definitely be coming back.

We had good service and more importantly were able to enjoy HEALTHY and tasty dinners. Nice healthy salad, appetizers, and entrees make this a great restaurant. It is also clean and attractive place, with a more upscale casual ambience to it. You can even get a healthy dessert! Parking nearby.

Food and service was great. Love getting food from healthy sources with gluten free options. What was disappointing this visit was that it seemed our food was ready but no one brought it to us. I thought it seemed like a long wait for the food and once it arrived, both of our dishes were lukewarm. Still delicious but clearly had been sitting out waiting to be taken to our table for too long. During that time our server had not checked on us either.
