True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Always a great place to eat. Seasonal menu and it’s of different options. Make sure to make a reservation during peak times

I have been to True Kitchen 3 to 4 times prior to this evening. It was not the same experience that I have had in the past. The hostess did not seem happy with her job and I had requested a booth and there was a booth available, but she told me it was for more than four people, and I have sat there in the past with four people. I had a reservation. I’ve had it for weeks, and there was a party in front of me. They did not have a reservation and she was going to seat them before us. I was told they were not ready for the after Christmas Day rush, and my experience in the past, restaurants are always busy the day after Christmas that’s why I made a reservation. They were out of a lot of menu items, food and desserts. This was definitely more disappointing dining experience than I’ve had there in the past.

The only reason I gave a 4 for service was because the hostess was inattentive to all guests checking in.

Had my Christmas dinner here with my life long girlfriends! Everything was simple, healthy and delicious. A few of us have restricted diets but the menu had plenty of accommodating options. We shared a few apps across the table and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dinners. Julia took excellent care of us! Will be dining here again!

We have eaten here many times and it’s always delicious. Our server tonight was great, she suggested a delicious appetizer, was attentive and kind, but not at all intrusive. A great evening!

Server was great. Food was so good, small portions for the price, but still worth it. I can’t take hubby- no fries or pop lol

It's a bit overpriced for the portions, but everything was tasty. The service was very friendly and attentive, but it took about a long time for our food to arrive (30 min.) even though the restaurant wasn't crowded.
