True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Tuscan Kale Salad with Grilled Sustainable Salmon. Regardless of the occasion, we know our Columbus guests leave feeling energized, satisfied and most importantly, feeling great. It's a bit overpriced for the portions, but everything was tasty. The service was very friendly and attentive, but it took about a long time for our food to arrive (30 min.) even though the restaurant wasn't crowded.

The food is phenomenally fresh, unique, flavorful, can’t say enough good things about TFK! And the service… The best. They even provided a mariachi band for me for my birthday! OK, so it wasn’t an actual band, but the next best thing! You cannot go wrong here!

Love the quality of food, but I've been here four times and I'm still waiting for better flavor. The hostess was exceptional. She gets the award for best hostess personality ever. Not only a friendly greeting upon arriving but also when she saw us out.

Always a great choice for lunch with a friend. Ate the chopped salad with salmon and it was wonderful.

Our server was spectacular but you could tell they were understaffed. It was also very cold where we sat. Quite a wait for the food. We got there at 6 and weee seared quickly and addressed but it was 7:00 before we got our meals.

Cauliflower app was great, and the Chai cake! Restaurant wasn't packed but there were no silverware when we needed more and our water was in plastic to go cups because there weren't glasses. We appreciated the options for vegan, pescatarian and our child's food allergies, everything was accommodated easily and safely. Our server was great too!

Terrible service! Drinks, wine, came halfway through meal. Dumplings were slimy. Mac and cheese cold. Freezing inside. Had to eat with coats on. Will never go back

First, hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Hannah, our server, was engaging and offered great suggestions. The butternut squash soup and butternut squash casserole is the perfect feel good and tasty treat for cold weather. Great experience!
