True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Had brunch on Sunday and everything was delicious as always. This is one of the few restaurant chains that I truly enjoy going to. All the ingredients are fresh and healthy. We had the bison sausage pizza and a kale Caesar salad with salmon. Our server, Elma, was awesome!

I enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere. Your server made me feel very welcomed. I would definitely return because the place screamed clean, orderly and f-r-e-s-h. It was also pretty reasonable for lunch.

They need to vary the menu with different options not just the seasonal options It would be great if they would have some healthier salad options and fish that is not farm raised. Smoothies would also be a great idea. We have been coming to True Food kitchen for years and the prices have just kept going up . Maybe there’s a way to value pricing besides the occasional fabulous promotions which we appreciate.

Service was poor. We interacted with our server when he took the order and when he dropped the check. Little personality or interest in our dining. We recently dined at the Woodlands Texas location and had the most amazing server which made this experience even more disappointing.

I loved everything about this restaurant! We had a party of 8 and made a reservation. Started with the guac and chips. I asked for a side of veggies with it and they brought more than the traditional celery and carrot sticks. Instead, they brought small lettuce leaves, tomatoes, asparagus spears, and cucumber spears. The cauliflower with tahini was my favorite. I did order a kale salad but forgot to ask for the small version which was my fault so I did end up with a hefty $68 bill but it was worth it. Our server was so good. She was attentive and accommodating to our menu requests. I was happy to hear for the first time that this is not a local restaurant. That means I can look for one in other cities I travel to!

Stale chips, bland entrees, poor service. We waited about 15 minutes after sitting down, even after asking for water. Our servers changed shifts during our meal and the replacement server was rude, acting like we were an inconvenience. We invited a guest from out of town and I’m actually ashamed to have chosen this place. The restaurant feels like a cafeteria with hard chairs, loud acoustics, and harsh lighting. I’ve had good experiences at other true foods locations but definitely will not return here. I would not recommend this location.

Overall the food is delicious. However the chicken is consistently over cooked and super dry. The pizza and the bowls were delicious.
