True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. I’ve been to true foods often and enjoyed all my meals, but tonight the food was awful! Kale salad looked wet and wilted. So I ordered the chopped salad with chicken, not good. Chicken very chewy we paid our bill and left. It was an awful experience. Went over to Sicilian oven and had a good meal. Don’t bother with true Kitchen

Amanda is a standout as a True Food server. She is efficient and personable. Food is fresh and reliably delicious. Only con is the women’s bathroom usually need attention and what’s with the ear-splitting decibels when flushing the toilets?

This place exceeded my expectations! I had the grass fed beef burger, my husband had the pot roast beef dip sandwich, both of them were absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this place! I am also happy to hear that they have one up here in West Palm Beach.

Great food but little pricey. I had a ancient grain bowl and added chicken. It was very tasty. However I wish they had a smaller lunch portion that would not be as expensive. Paying $25 for lunch is too much

Let's start with service-it was outstanding. Provided by DIEGO, he was professional, personable, great smile, and warm vibe. He made an immediate and lasting impression. We ordered guacamole and pita chips as a shared appetizer, and it tasty and freshly made. Have had it in the past and will have it again. My husband has to broiled salmon, which was cooked as he requested it, and I had my go-to fish entree, broiled trout. It was a healthy sized trout, with a light lemon sauce, served over some veggies. We ordered the flour-less chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream to go, and devoured it later that evening. Go. Its healthy. Its not overpriced. You will appreciate it.
