The food was too salty but the green drink was healthy. It would be good if the seasoning were healthier

We came to celebrate my mom's bday on Wednesday evening. The noise level was insane. We had to yell in each other's ear, but I was still could barely hear people who said right next to me. The service was very slow. Our appetizers arrived 20 mins after we ordered them. Drinks came even after the apps. The waitress kept apologizing, but they didn't even comp the deserts considering the delays and that we were celebrating the birthday. The food and drinks were pretty good though. Lots of options for vegetarians/ pescetarians.

It's hard to find healthy, quality food with good selection for vegetarians. But True Food fit the bill. We didn't order too much, so I can't comment on all the food, but what we had was really good. And, I am already planning to come back for lunch to try out other menu items. Food selection was interesting and varied, but all good.

Food was delicious. Inventive menu, especially good for people who like to eat healthy. One of our entrees (spaghetti squash) was surprisingly small, especially for a vegetarian dish. Waiter was nice and professional but disappeared for extended periods of time.

I miss the chopped salad it was such a good menu staple. The new menu is ok, I wish they had options without kale for those of us who can't have it.

We went to True Food Kitchen for a birthday celebration. We love TFK because of the delicious plant-based options. We were able to be seated outside so the noise level was less than inside the restaurant. The service was great, the food was delicious, they were very accomodating with special requests. We will definitely be back.

Went for brunch with a couple friends. We were on the early side so it wasn’t crowded. Service and food were fine but not spectacular. Some of the menu choices were a little odd (boar sausage?).
