True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. My friend has very severe food restrictions and doesn't eat out much. no gluten, no dairy, no soy, no peanuts ... but this restaurant lists all their ingredients and makes everything from scratch. We were able to have a nice night out and the food was really, really good. Also, our waitress was very knowledgeable about every dish we asked about. Thanks so much for a lovely meal.

Went here for Valentine’s and had a great time. Of course the place was busy, but we were seated and served promptly. The food was delicious, the service was very good given how busy they were, and the staff couldn’t have been more polite and professional. This was a first visit and we both decided we’d have to come back.

Nice experience and some items were outstanding. Others were cold. Our server was very pleasant and hard working but service was slow and I felt that they were understaffed. I would go back and give it another try for the meatloaf sliders alone — they were amazing.

Food was fresh. Service was good. Eggs could have been cooked less hard.

2 of my friends and I wanted to go out to eat. One if gluten and dairy free, another vegetarian the 3rd eats anything. We all had a delicious meal. We actually had many choices to eat our preferred ways. Service was exceptional as well
