True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Jacquelyn was our server and she was absolutely amazing. I appreciated her enthusiasm about the menu and she brought such great energy to the experience! Also, the food was amazing, like always!

I love true food but this time I had lipstick on my glass and didn’t notice it until I was halfway done with my lemonade that I was drinking with a straw- disgusting. The waiter was very apologetic and gave us a discount on the meal but I was already tuned off. The lasagna was a very small portion this time- not sure if the portion size changed but the taste wasn’t as good as I remembered in times past either. Overall gave 3 stars due to the dirty glass and just ok meal.

food quality appears to have gone down - hamburger was overcooked, and pizza was dry and somewhat tasteless. I have been going for years- very disappointed. However, service was great

My first time at True Food Kitchen was amazing. Our server Zoey was very knowledgeable and had the most beautiful personality. The food was great. All around just a great place to eat and meet up with friends.

Overall it was really good!! The hummus was fantastic. The desserts were mediocre— our server, Lily was amazing.
