True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. We enjoyed a late lunch and are inside due to cold weather. Service was fantastic but salad is usually missing an ingredient but when mentioning to server it was promptly brought over on a separate plate. Food was good & fresh however magic dust (with yeast exactly) may be added to air fried chicken which is dangerous for migraine sufferers. Also, check dressing for this ingredient.

Food was mediocre and took way too long to come out. Very small serving sizes but big prices. Waiter was decent.

We had an amazing time, the food was great, the service was fantastic (Ashley is the best), and they took my husband’s shellfish allergy very seriously and we felt very comfortable with him eating there.

Perfect lunch place. Quinoa bowl was perfect and so flavorful. Alexis, our server, was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was timely, atmosphere was laid back but super clean and bright. Will be back!

We had a great experience on Friday at True Food. I love that the ingredients are all fresh and on the healthy side, so I feel good about what I’m eating. Our server, Jackie, was very friendly and made the night even more enjoyable.
