True Blue Butcher & Table, the flagship restaurant of the We Are True Blue brands, is located in The Forum in Wilmington, NC. Reflecting global cuisine with a modern American interpretation, Chef Bobby Zimmerman has crafted a menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, quality cuts of steak, an extensive and delicious drink selection, and an impressive butcher counter.

It was okay, we probably should not have sat outside considering it was on the parking lot, that did not go well with the al a cart menu and prices. I would have thought the food would have been better since it’s all al a cart menu.

Went on their $5 burger night. The restaurant was packed, which made it very loud inside. It was difficult to have a conversation at the table, but we made do. The burgers were amazing, as well as the fritz. My wife got the salmon which was a nice size and delicious. Everything is alacarte, so it's pricey (even with the $5 burger). :)

The food was lovely. We had steaks, seafood and ramen and they were all wonderful. Great service. The atmosphere was a little loud.

We are brunch there and it was incredible! We all got different dishes and everyone was happy with them! Our server, Eva, was so gracious.

Fantastic selection and one of the best cuts of beef we have had. Everyone was super friendly and the servers were delightful.

They server we had gave someone in the party a salad with the dressing they had asked not to come on it already on it and when asked to redo the salad without the dressing, she admitted after the fact that she knew the kitchen staff had put the dressing on it that they didn’t want, but because the kitchen staff was so busy she didn’t want to have to ask them to remake it.

Kaluga caviar was delicious!!! Oysters delicious!!!! Sea Bass excellent!!! Filet was ordered medium came out well and slightly salty The walleye was ok… The service was lovely… we loved Skyler. Chicken nuggets nice Fries too salty Overall 8/10 for the evening.
