Impeccably sourced, plentiful, elegant but approachable, and immensely satisfying, define Troutbeck's menus, led by Executive Chef Vincent Gilberti.

We source from small farms in our region to support our local community and sustainable agriculture, while offering our guests the bounty of each season. Troutbeck is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week. Our Dining Room seats 76, with outdoor dining available seasonally.

Our Dining Room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Bright during the day and inviting in the evening, the Champalimaud-designed Dining Room seats 76 and embraces the occasion, be it a romantic dinner for two or a larger group just happy to be together.

PROGRAM Pianist/composer Helen Sung presents a solo program showcasing her transformative journey from classical to jazz. With music by composers including Duke Ellington, Thelonious Monk, Chick Corea, as well as her own original flights of fancy. Came for the pasta night and did not disappoint. Food was incredible and more than enough with plenty of leftovers. Must try!

Everyone at our table thought their food was absolutely delicious. it just took too long to get served. We were there from 6:45 until 10:00, while we enjoyed each other's company, three hours plus is long for three courses. The wait people (Alicia and Ethan) were very obliging. A very nice touch at the beginning of our evening was a little tour of Troutbeck when the greeter learned that two in our party had not been to Troutbeck before. Very friendly. thank you!

Terrific venue a wonderful set up nice ambience great food, the menu was not the best but the food was well prepared and presented See you soon

Our service was wonderful for the first half of our meal, then our server disappeared on us and we didn’t see him for over 40 min. So, we skipped dessert.

Today was our first time at Troutbeck, and it will not be our last! We had lunch and it was great! The waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Our food was delicious and the service was excellent! We will definitely be back! Everyone we talked to in the Inn were very pleasant and accommodating. They gave us a map of the property to use to tour around. Great atmosphere! Must try!
