There didn’t seem to be a good flow of food coming out and less quality steak options being offered. There was no shortage of lamb or chicken. Most of the steak options were being served med-well or well done. Not my preference.

Service was less than mediocre. I made a reservation days ahead of time with the quantity of people they sat us in the middle of the restaurant right in front of the waitress/waiter station so we could here the waitstaff complaining about how many people this one had and the others didn't etc.. only saw our waitress to get our drink order, which she seemed aggravated because we had 6 adults and we sat and waited almost 10mins before they went up to the buffet that is when she chose to come and ask what everyone wanted to drink didn't even offer to come back once everyone was seated. It was my husband birthday I had told the hostess and even picked out the piece of cake, well, they were too busy talking to let our waitress know so the check came and I had to tell the male waiter that I requested it he took back the checkbook with an expression of inconvenience and when they did come to bring the piece of cake and sing they ALL had sour faces while singing. I understand it gets busy, but I made sure to make the reservation days ahead of time and even called the day of to confirm our reservation so they were well aware of our big party. The food was dry, the pork belly so overcooked and hard you could not even chew it without breaking a tooth, and most of the meat was either well done or too rare. The chicken wings were rubbery. They included an 18% tip which was fine but I watched the waitress watch me put the money in the checkbook and no one came over to ask if I needed change to I had to call her over to get me change which after the lack of service and the attitudes and sour faces I was not leaving anymore than the 18% because we literally only saw the waitstaff twice when we were sat down and when they gave our check. This place use to have the best service and food. Sadly, it is very different, and I do not think we'll return. There are better places with better servers and food that actually like their jobs.

Been coming to this place for years. Just noticed they changed names. Same foods bit different taste. Maybe we just caught an off night. Will still try again but can tell there is a difference.

Maybe it's a fluke, but ever since Tropeiros took over, something has changed. All around, not as pleasurable of an experience as when it was The Brazilian Grill. Has that "struggling business" feel to it. Quality also seems off. Maybe they're still working out some kinks, but I may not be rushing back anytime soon. There's slim pickings when it comes to Brazilian rodizio around here, so I do wish them the best going forward.

Hands down one of the best dining experiences and very good deal for a meat olympics session with courteous waitstaff and delicious food all around. We stayed for double cappuccinos this time and even a dessert!

North Dartmouth MA location I have been a loyal customer for years now and have always had a great experience. However, my recent visit was extremely disappointing. First of all, there seemed to be a change in staff as the usual servers we are on a first-name basis with were not working that day. The new staff seemed disorganized and confused, which was evident when we were billed for another table's meal. When we brought this to their attention, we were assured that the amount would be voided and refunded immediately. It has been days since our visit and the amount has still not been refunded. To make matters worse, the person who made the error did not apologize and stood at our table waiting for us to finish entering the tip and total. They refused to leave until we were done, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. As regular customers who have spent a lot of money we are incredibly disappointed by this experience. We have never had a problem before and it is disheartening to see the decline in service. We hope that this issue is rectified and that we can continue to enjoy dining at our favorite restaurant.

We made the mistake of going after 6PM which as a frequent visitor to Brazilian Grille, we know the meats come out overcooked at that time, so that kind of made it less as good as usual, but our service was impeccable with Desiree and all the food was delicious as usual. I already can't wait to go back during peak hours when the meats aren't too overcooked. We did get lamb chops that were perfect and a few other cuts of meat came by us that were decent. I just know going after 6PM is usually a bad idea for someone like me who likes medium rare as the highest temperature of beef.
