Join us at Trixie Motel in our iconic BARbara Lounge for specialty cocktails, curated wines, and select beers. We serve light bites including our most popular onion dip, parmesan fries, and specialty pizzas.

*We are a cashless property
*We require valid identification for everyone in your party. All guests must be 21+
*All reservations are made online and may be made up to 30 days in advance
*We have a grace period of 15 minutes for each reservation before releasing the table to the next party
*All reservations are for 1.5 hour window during peak hours (3PM-8PM)
*Walk-ins welcome for bar seating based on availability
*Due to the size of our space we are unable to merge tables for larger parties
*We welcome parties of up to six guests through OpenTable. For larger groups please inquire through our event form on our website

We are a pink, speak easy bar experience and are perfect for that before or after dinner cocktail and light bite. We cannot wait to welcome you!

BARbara Lounge has two spaces for larger groups. Our sunroom can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably and has a plush + pink Joybird sectional. Our private dining patio can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably. Groups larger than 6 incur an automatic gratuity of 22%. Groups of 10 or more are subject to a $40 pp food and beverage minimum.

The decor is elegantly loud in a sea of pink that is both inviting and enticing. The frozen cocktails were well balanced and delicious. We enjoyed the hummus with pita and cucumbers and a glass of rose bubbly to wash our sins away. The staff were super friendly, funny, and attentive. It was a great experience.

Very disappointing first stop on my birthday trip to Palm Springs. I booked this reservation ages in advance for my 30th and was very excited to check out the bar offerings with my mom and sister. Instead, we got all dressed up and arrived to the most confusing and off-putting customer service. We arrived a bit early for our reservation as we wanted to check out the gift shop prior - upon arrival, we were confused as the entire property is gated with minimal signage, none of which relating to the bar/lounge. We rang the doorbell and no one answered. We then called the hotel front desk to inform them that we had a reservation and we’re waiting outside the gate, and were told someone would be coming out to get us and that they ‘saw us on the ring camera’. We then waited 15 minutes on the side of the road with absolutely no word or sign from any staff member. We decided to wait an extra 5 minutes past our reservation and decided to give up and head somewhere else. Not only did this make us feel extremely uncared for, but also very confused. Very bummed that we chose this spot to kick off our girls weekend.

Not worth it. I’m a big fan but the drinks are mediocre, the bar is HOT, the service is people trying their best. It all feels very cheap.

My hubby & I made an OT rezzie and popped in for a drink. The staff, other diners and drinks were a delight. Well def be back for drinks AND nibbles next time. Oh, and the GM, Angel was, well, and angel ;-)

Avoid!! Very disappointed with the experience. The food was literally frozen food they just heated up and it was seriously overpriced. They also did not have AC during a 110 degree day which made it miserable to be in there. To make matters worse, they weren’t allowing anyone to take pictures with any of the pink backdrops or anywhere at the motel. This place is known for being great for pictures and yet we were yelled at by management for posing for a pictures inside and by the pool. Seriously a scam…go somewhere else in Palm Springs.

Barbara is a fabulous place to enjoy a cocktail and snacks before a night out in Palm Springs. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the drinks were balanced and well-presented, and the snacks were tasty and delicious. We loved the vibe and atmosphere and we will definitely return again in the future!
