Excellent spot. Wonderful ambience and very attentive service. Octopus and duck cannelloni were both cooked perfection.

The restaurant felt like a wedding hall with strange elevator music, the food came out too quickly (they say fine dining so one would expect a more leisurely dinner), and although the appetizers were ok, the Cod was congealed and inedible. I hope the restaurant succeeds but a serious rework of the menu is needed.

Great first experience at the “new” Triumph Had a pretheater dinner in what used to be the lobby Server understood we had limited time and made sure drinks and food came quickly Noise level was good for high ceiling space Basic but decent wine selection and beers were fantastic Food menu had a lot of variety and dishes were well prepared Going back

The new triumph is a must try! The rabbit Wellington was a great new dish for me and I’m glad i ordered it! The upstairs is a very cool modern vibe with a great looking bar and lounge area.

Excellent food in an great environment (restored post office in Princeton). I had the strip steak and it was cooked to perfection. Will definitely return.

The experience was uneven. My son (22yrs old) was told to remove his cap before we were seated. That sort of put a negative vibe on the night to start. Once seated our waiter seemed uninterested in serving us and that was followed by lengthy delays between drinks and appetizers arriving. Finally one of our main dishes came out, then nothing followed. I had to flag down a manager to ask what’s happening. 15 minutes later all our meals arrived. There were some other minor issues with inability to accommodate for allergy in a meal but that happens. Anyway, food was ok, prices seem fair and the ambiance is very nice. And the bar areas are real cool. For me, this is a great place to go to for a drink. Probably won’t go back to eat.

Made these reservations weeks ago and drove an hour to get there only to see they decided to close for a few days and never call their reservations!! Unbelievable!! Horrible business practice.

The staff was excellent and the food was fantastic as always. We were celebrating an engagement and they bought over 4 mini bottles of champagne on the house to help us celebrate. Amazing.
