Visit us on Ribbon Ridge, where we have something for everyone!

At Trisaetum Winery, we specialize in Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sparkling Wines. Daily, we offer a selection of flights, each with five wines you can enjoy in our art gallery tasting room or out on our covered patio. The tasting fee is $45-50 per person and fees are waived with a minimum purchase.

We are also home to Brixeur Spirits, which was started by the team at Trisaetum in 2020. With vodka distilled from estate grapes, gins with locally foraged botanicals, and whiskeys aged in a mix of used Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Riesling casks, our approach to the distillation and aging of spirits is heavily influenced by our winemaking roots. Spirits tastings are offered in the cottage on weekends, and in the wine tasting room daily upon request.

Due to space limitations, reservations are recommended.

Informed and friendly staff, pleasant ambience, very good wines, large pours, paintings by the talented owner that are also featured on some of the labels. They offer a nice charcuterie board. I am not aware of any other food that is available.

Great venue, great wine. Good cheese plate. Jasmine was as ever entertaining and informative.

Trisaetum’ tasting room is beautiful. We sat on the patio overlooking the valley. Service was leisurely which allowed us time to enjoy the wines and charcuterie plate while conversing with our friends. The white wines and rose were the best we tasted in Willamette out of 12 wineries visited. Highly recommend a visit here!

My wife and I went to several wineries in the valley this trip. And Trisatum was by far the best. From service. To diverse range of wines at the tasting, to feeling like family. It was perfect. Max was our host and he was knowledgeable and hospitable. Highly recommend him for your tasting experience. We ended up joining their wine club in I have their amazing array of rieslings and Pinots shipped to us back home in Texas. 10/10. Highly recommend and we will be back.

As a winery touring company, we do our best to match wineries to each of our groups. We were hosting a family of six for two days, this being day two, where we try to up the ante a bit in terms of wineries we visit. Triseatum was the perfect bridge between and eensy winery where we started the day and one they'd requested to end the day. It's always a winner, for it's stunning array of beautiful wines, the tasting room and vineyard view.. and the fun staff.. Thank you Jasmine and Team!!! As an aside, I love that guests can choose sparkling to taste, whites, a mix, reds.. and they are all so good. It's a great visit for our guests, who may (or may not be) a bit Pinot'd out and glad to try something that hits a different section of their taste buds. Cudos to the Trisaetum wine making team.
