Back room gets a little loud, service was good, big rib is exceptional, everything with kimchi is worth trying.

Tris is the best restaurant in Houston hands down! The chef creates delicious meals that are always fresh and satisfying. I’ve been to Tris many times and have never had a bad experience. My favorite meal is the lobster ravioli closely followed by the happy hour burger!! The bread pudding dessert is the best dessert I’ve ever had. 10/10 food and 10/10 service.

Fantastic experience with delightful staff. The butter poached crab and picanha were especially scrumptious.

Chef Austin did a tremendous job with the food. It was delicious and unique with a few twists on the standards.

We have dined at Tris many times over the years and have always had impeccable service and food. I know that it is restaurant month and we were there on a Saturday night. With that being said we were celebrating my husband’s 40th and I was hoping our experience would be like all of the others we had previously. Our server did not come to our table for a good 10 minutes after we sat to take our drink order. She then took our food orders. I ordered off the restaurant week menu but my husband did not. When our appetizers came my husband did not get the correct order. Our server was so busy talking at a table that I could not get her attention so then I eventually found another person to help rectify the wrong order. A very nice manager brought the correct appetizer and was very helpful. I then had a thought that maybe the server got my husband’s order completely wrong so I clarified with the manager. Luckily he checked and she had in fact put in the wrong entree as well. Again the manager was very helpful and fixed that before the wrong entree was delivered. He then continued to help us through the rest of our dinner and was very helpful and attentive. Our original server then came back after dessert to give us our check. We asked to have the remainder of the desserts boxed up to take home. She took them off the table I assume to box up. When she returned she did not have the boxed desserts and she asked us to pay the check. My husband then realized the amount on the printed receipt was not the same as the amount on the handheld device you use to pay so he asked her about it as we wanted to make sure we were paying for everything we had. She said oh just pay what’s on the machine it’s fine. She then walked away and never brought our leftover desserts to take home. This server really put a damper on my husband’s birthday celebration and did not seem to care or apologize. She was not up to the caliber of the numerous other wonderful servers we have had in the past.

Excellent. Service impeccable and food was beyond expectation. Not sure why this isn’t a Michelin. It was that good.

I can’t tell you how great our dinner was! Every single thing was excellent! The big Rib is very best menu item but we loved everything
