The place is absolutely fantastic. it’s asking for 34 words or more so I would say my wife and I have date night every other Wednesday ,we moved to The Woodlands four months ago and have been and will continue to eat at every steakhouse and seafood restaurant in The Woodlands and there are great ones here. I will say so far Trips is the most expensive but the experience and food was absolutely worth it.

Muy lento el servicio. Es el clásico malo y caro. La comida normal pero la carne y el side llegaron fríos. El postre bastante insípido.

This was our 3rd visit to Tris. Our first two were exceptional which is why we were excited to take some friends of ours to the restaurant for their first visit. Although the food was very good, the pricing is extremely high in comparison to what you can get at other fine dining restaurants in the area. What has kept us coming back to Tris has been the overall experience - the warm and friendly service and the great food. Last night our server may have been busy - but the overall service from their entire “team” - from the waitress, sommelier and food runners just felt cold and uninspired and when you take away the excellent service and experience its very hard to justify the prices for a return visit.

Great experience for the birthday girl in our group. We showed up and they set us up on a side booth, they decorated with "happy birthday balloon, and a Bday card signed by staff. Unexpected and very cool. Most of staff came by to congratulate her. Jose was our waiter and knows menu very well, plenty of recommendations, and advice. I will say service was outstanding, never a dirty dish, empty water glass, or drink on table. Food was up to standard, the fried chicken amazing, seabass was cooked to perfection. The Hamachi appetizer was perfectly cut and cold., the fried garlic was amazing. Needless to say over all great experience. We would definitely go back.

I believe for what you pay for, this is not worth the money. The appetizers were very good but once it came to the main entrees, my partner and i were left very disappointed for the price range they are asking. The $50 pork chop was overly salty and full of fat. While the $115 steak was cooked like any other steak and tasted like one too. The service was nice, albeit a little slow when it came to serving us our entrees. For the overall price point of this place, I do not recommend it. It is mid food at best and you would be better off going somewhere cheaper with better food.

We went to Tris for our anniversary and they did an excellent job making it feel special. All the dishes we had were exceptional.
