We have combined the best of our prior locations into the ultimate casual Uptown destination. The historic 100 year old building that is our new home has reclaimed many elements. Tin Ceiling tiles adorn our main wall. Our Open Concept Kitchen allows you to see and smell our fantastic food as it is prepared. Our 14 seat semi-private dining area is the perfect place for a business lunch or family gathering. All our food is prepared in house and our 68 seat dining room allows us to manage every detail.

This was our first experience at Trio. It was to celebrate a 47th Wedding Anniversary. We opted for the Multi-Course tasting menu, which by the way was a blind tasting of 6 courses. Our server was Alex, and he was wonderful in welcoming us, describing each course, and describing the wine pairings we had also opted for. He was extremely knowledgeable when we asked him questions, and was of genuine character. We were so impressed we have reserved for one their Wine + Food nights. We can't really say which of the 6 courses was our favourite, since they were all fabulous. Oysters from PEI, locally sourced vegetables & fruit from Stratford (the tomatoes, peaches & cherries were so tasteful), and the pork...omg. Thank you for making our 47th a memorable one...

The service was absolutely amazing, i never experienced such a restaurant where everyone knew where to be and waiters when at your table always made sure to fill your water and my drink was never empty, they made the experience so much better. The food was delicious for brazilian night.

We loved the food & service Size of place is tight & got a bit noisy after awhile. The greetings & goodbyes at the door was an unnecessary distraction to our experience to be fair

We have been here twice and have always had great service and the food has always been phenomenal! We recently went for our anniversary and they made us feel very special and appreciated that we chose to celebrate with them. I ordered a starter that I wasn’t a big fan of, and they recognized it right away and offered to make me something not on the menu to make up for it, and then didn’t charge me. Amazing service, very attentive! Will be back again for sure! Highly recommend!

It was the most incredible experience! It was not only a taste journey, but also a textural one and mental one, with incredible unexpected pairings. And despite having things you might not have normally enjoyed, you'll end up eating every last bite and loving it! Your friendly staff will do everything to make your stay welcome even 6 courses in, and even as the kitchen closes. I took my little siblings over for their belated birthdays, and not only was the server incredible and friendly and accommodating, but the kitchen staff was too. I'm vegetarian, and they came up with a brand new dish for me just to accommodate! And it was absolutely incredible, just like all the planned ones. After the kitchen closed, my little brother had questions of their baker who just clocked out (since he loves baking as well) and he took the time to answer all his questions and hold a conversation with him. 1000/10 service, staff, and experience! Highly recommend!

It was a fantastic evening ! Food choice and style was very interesting and delicious ! Who knew you could dry age duck !? It was fantastic. Mood and seating was great. Service was exceptional and knowledgable about the dishes. Pretty good wine selection list. Price is well worth it ! Two thumbs up!

Amazing food carefully thought out and artfully prepared. Wine pairings are excellent. Staff make the experience a complete package for any occasion. Go and sample the food and service you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic as always! Great service - my wife has a dairy intolerance and staff/chef went out of their way to accommodate us. Great atmosphere to celebrate a romantic occasion. Food was spectacular-from the focaccia to the main course - we had the Wagyu flatiron and the Halibut - both tremendously prepared.
