Our Trio Tasting Menu is a offered daily Tuesday through Saturday. The Trio Tasting Menu allows you the chance to experience many of the menu items we offer daily in a wonderful, relaxed way. Chef Kyle & his team build flavours & textures to please the palate. Benoit provides exceptional & unique wine pairings, for an additional $70/$85 per guest, from around the world. The onset of fall frosts and fallen leaves doesn’t have to be all darkness and cold. In fact, winter is a time to dig deep into our pantries and unearth the bounty of the fall harvest. Root vegetables and bubbling soups, cream sauces and tender meats, winter is about staying warm and reconnecting with our inner hygge. Join us at Trio to celebrate, rather than denigrate, winter’s arrival with all the comforts and flavours of rich home cooking. 4 courses / 4 wines. Christmas Eve will be a night to remember at TRIO Restaurant. We are offering a 5-Course Tasting Menu ($165) that will feature the tastes of the season. Chef Cassandra Brownrigg & his fabulous team will create a wonderful evening of food and Benoit Moulia, our French wine expert will offer 5 beautiful wine pairings($85) to complement the creative dishes (wine pairing optional).
