We have combined the best of our prior locations into the ultimate casual Uptown destination. The historic 100 year old building that is our new home has reclaimed many elements. Tin Ceiling tiles adorn our main wall. Our Open Concept Kitchen allows you to see and smell our fantastic food as it is prepared. Our 14 seat semi-private dining area is the perfect place for a business lunch or family gathering. All our food is prepared in house and our 68 seat dining room allows us to manage every detail.

              Fabulous dinner. Wagyu steak was amazing but the deep fried kale was a new experience for me. It melts in your mouth. Service was impeccable.

              My husband and I had a wonderful first experience at TRIO for my birthday. Incredible service from Benoit and the entire team was lovely. We did not do the tasting menu but we really enjoyed the carrot ginger soup, duck as the main, and chocolate mousse. Would love this meal all over again!! Will definitely be back.

              Had a fantastic 5 course Valentines Day dinner at Trio. Each of the courses were unique and well crafted with fresh and high quality ingredients. The service was exceptional as well and we will definitely be returning to try another tasting menu. Highly recommend!

              We’ve walked by Trio many times and been wanting to try. This valentine’s day we finally got the chance! The food was delicious, each dish comes with part that’s complement each other very well. The host was also super friendly! 10/10 experience
