Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Trillium offers a locally-inspired, regionally sourced American menu that favors classic tastes and chic presentations, allowing the food — comprised of fresh fish, grass-fed beef, and local organic produce — to take center stage.

Join us for Happy Hour in Trillium every week, Sunday through Thursday from 4pm to 6pm with half off appetizers and $4 well drinks and draft beers!

Enjoy complimentary valet parking for up to 3 hours when you dine. Trillium also provides complimentary wireless internet access, and a private dining room that may be reserved upon request. Seasonal outdoor dining options are also available.

    This was our first time at Trillium and we loved our experience. We enjoyed our food and our drinks. We will most definitely be coming back to Trillium again!

    My husband and son have excellent steelhead trout. the drinks were excellent, too, as well as the service. I was disappointed in the pork schnitzel--it was overco0ked and dry. I remember way back when the excellent schnitzel at Peter Schotts--tender and juicy. I would not recommend that dish to anyone else who dines at Trillium. By the way, the valet service was impeccable.

    Fine nothing special just a hotel restaurant off lobby. Probably won’t be back as was expecting more

    Hi Kristen, I'm sorry you didn't have a better experience, but thank you very much for giving Trillium an opportunity. We are an independent restaurant that happens to reside in The Grove Hotel and we care deeply for what we do in terms of service and culinary. Being "a hotel restaurant" is certainly a stigma that we fight hard to avoid every day. We will continue to do so. Have a merry Christmas! - Chris

    Great food, great service, always to get in and out. With 3hrs of free parking AND valet for free I can HIGHLY recommend this one for a little date night.

    For a grand dinner experience at reasonable prices, this is the place! Reservations would be a good idea. The food was superb with very reasonable prices. Our server was beyond awesome. The evening manager spoke to us personally and thanked us for choosing Trillium. We will be back!

    I wanted to try something new for family women's day. I choose Trillium. The food was order priced for what you got. No one liked their food. One daughter pushed the food around her plate. My sister got the chicken and waffles. Waffles were not hot and hard, chicken was not hot. I had paper line pancakes, more like crepes. Butter did not melt on the waffles or pancakes. I would not recommend. Better to stick with Joe Mama's in Eagle. Valet parked and had to wait 10 minutes while Valet staff talked to each other. Felt ignored.
