Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Trillium offers a locally-inspired, regionally sourced American menu that favors classic tastes and chic presentations, allowing the food — comprised of fresh fish, grass-fed beef, and local organic produce — to take center stage.

Join us for Happy Hour in Trillium every week, Sunday through Thursday from 4pm to 6pm with half off appetizers and $4 well drinks and draft beers!

Enjoy complimentary valet parking for up to 3 hours when you dine. Trillium also provides complimentary wireless internet access, and a private dining room that may be reserved upon request. Seasonal outdoor dining options are also available.

I wanted to try something new for family women's day. I choose Trillium. The food was order priced for what you got. No one liked their food. One daughter pushed the food around her plate. My sister got the chicken and waffles. Waffles were not hot and hard, chicken was not hot. I had paper line pancakes, more like crepes. Butter did not melt on the waffles or pancakes. I would not recommend. Better to stick with Joe Mama's in Eagle. Valet parked and had to wait 10 minutes while Valet staff talked to each other. Felt ignored.

We had a lovely wonderful dinner. Tasted superb. The waitress was helpful and very understanding when it came to gluten-free options. Thank you so much.

No the best waitress service probably would’ve spent more money there, but if the services the same next time I try again will never go back

I LOVED it. Especially our waitress. I wish I knew her name. She was so friendly and kind. I accidentally said I wanted breakfast and she was so apologetic that breakfast could only be served for a few more minutes. Honestly, that didn't bother me at all. My date and I ordered salads. I ordered the Cobb Salad and it was outstanding - seriously delicious and a beautiful presentation. TABLEROCK COBB 20 house smoked trout, candied bacon, ballard cheddar, pickled egg, white beans, green onion, heirloom tomato, huckleberry vinaigrette. It was delicious. I will order it again but I will not add the dressing. It was lightly dressed, but still just a bit much for me.

Food was not edible. We sent one order back but I just tried to eat mine.

I love this place. It is now my favorite Boise restaurant. The food was fantastic, the cocktails perfectly mixed and creatively presented. The chairs comfortable and the noise level low enough to have a conversation. Everything I demand in a restaurant.

Great brunch at Trillium! Service was excellent— everyone friendly and checking in. Food was delicious and quick. Great local vibe— upscale, but still felt comfortable in shorts on a football day. Will return for more!
