Having eaten at Trilby's as a child, 30 + years ago, I was delighted by the ambiance and the menu! The trout Trilby was better than I remembered! And the figs, tuna, and crab cakes chef sent out were divine! Highly recommend!

Food was very good, but definitely on the expensive side. Good service for the most part, except we had to ask one of the helpers to remove dirty plates stacked at the end of the table. (He was new though). Very friendly and attentive wait staff. I was surprised it wasn’t more crowded on a Friday night.

What a gem of a restaurant! So glad this opened in Ocean Springs. We were a party of four, and all our meals were fantastic. Desserts were great, too! Highly recommended.

Trilby’s gets a 5 star for every category. Food is delicious with unique entrees & appetizers. Trout Trilby is my absolute favorite and would recommend. Atmosphere is perfect. Great for any occasion.

We had a lovely lunch. The dining space was elegant, and our server, Theresa, was knowledgeable and solicitous. My husband had the soft shell crab poboy, and the crab was fried perfectly. It was served on a crusty, New Orleans style loaf, and the side of truffle fries were crispy and delicious. I had the shrimp and grits, which were well seasoned with a nice bite of smoked sausage. We’d highly recommend.

Excellent service although there was only one wait staff available, the manager and hostess helped with service. Beautiful environment and food was delicious.. gumbo was a little too heavy with sausage for my taste but everything else was wonderful!!
