Wow! What a hidden gem. We always eat in downtown Ocean Springs but when I saw this place online I thought we would try it! We made reservations 30 minutes ahead of time and when we walked in we were greeted by name and shown immediately to a table that was already set. The atmosphere is delightful with white tablecloths and very attractive surroundings. The servers were attentive and the food was absolutely delicious! There are a couple of areas that seem tucked away for a special occasion that I will request next time. Can’t wait to return.

Well… finally Trilby’s is back! Everything was good and my flounder was great! So was the service… and the remodel is comfortable and soothing! Love it all! Go see for yourself!

Having eaten at Trilby's as a child, 30 + years ago, I was delighted by the ambiance and the menu! The trout Trilby was better than I remembered! And the figs, tuna, and crab cakes chef sent out were divine! Highly recommend!
