Quick trip through Biloxi and has to see the Chef since it’s been years since I got to see Chef Anthony Rametta. Food, service, ambiance and staff were great couldn’t have asked for more. I’ll be back again soon.

First Time Visiting the "New" Trilby's - Can't Wait to Go Back! Walking in expecting to see the Trilby's/Germaine's of old, I was amazed by the renovation that transformed the restaurant. Modern and art deco meshed attractively with some familiar features of the place that holds cherished memories of lunches with friends and colleagues and family dinners. The wine list was unfamiliar, but an offer to taste helped us select a refreshing white Italian, just the right accompaniment to our meal. To start, we chose the bacon wrapped, stuffed figs. Unusual and very tasty. Entrees were Trout Trilby and chicken pot pie. My companion's trout was topped with a rich and creamy sauce, and I greatly appreciated a taste being shared with me as it was a treat for my taste buds. My chicken pot pie was good, though it was not served in the same formal manner of old. "Back in the day," the server brought out the pie, cut off the hearty top crust placing it on the plate and then pouring the creamy chicken and vegetable concoction on top. Today's pie was topped with a thin puff pasty type crust that stuck to the sides of the ramekin baking dish that was set on the plate. No complaints, but not likely to be ordered again on my next visit. We chose the brussel sprouts as our side. Very good if you like brussel sprouts - and we do! For dessert, an off-the-menu peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream and coffee. It was excellent. The service was fantastic, not intrusive but ever ready to refresh our water glasses and coffee cups. The pace was leisurely, making us relish our rare "ladies who lunch" outing and linger to catch up on all our news. I will return and highly recommend it!

Excellent food and service and it was quiet enough to be able to hold a conversation. We were there for lunch and I highly recommend the shrimp cocktail appetizer and the peach cobbler creme brûlée for dessert. Our server’s name was Kevin and he was knowledgeable of the menu and highly attentive.

Great food and service. Hard to find pompano but I ordered it with crab topping and it was excellent. Crab cakes are great appetizer. Trout was wonderful.

Everything from the service to the food and decor was outstanding. We enjoyed the entire dining experience. My Flounder Bourre and his Trout Almandine were delicious. We will be back.

EXCELLENT, yet again!! We ordered some tasty favorites, as well as some new dishes and Trilby’s did not disappoint! The service/ our server was attentive, but not bothersome. We were celebrating a birthday with family, as was another table. It was a bit noisy & difficult to enjoy conversation, but understandable considering the circumstances. I’ve enjoyed every visit here and I’m looking forward to returning in the very near future!

Went on a date with my wife. Ordered the beef filet medium rare. It came out extremely rare, so I sent it back. It came out extremely rare again, so I sent it back and ordered something else. This is the second visit I’ve had trouble getting a properly cooked steak. By the time my new order was finally served correctly, my wife was already finished with her meal. She ordered the blackened redfish, which was somewhat dry. I did not receive an appropriate acknowledgement of the repeated failure to properly cook my steak. Food was ok but not great.

Service, food, and ambience was excellent. Trilby’s was our favorite restaurant many years ago. This was our first visit since the restaurant reopened and was not disappointed.
