Great experience, the food was absolutely fantastic and the service was great. The Chef was making rounds in the dinning room checking on how the food was. A nice relaxing dinner.

6 of us shared 4 entrees family style. Bolognese pasta was the best we have had. Loved the pumpkin special risotto, lobster ravioli and big veal chop. Highly recommend!

We were warmly greeted by the co-owner and staff and were seated promptly. The atmosphere was exactly what we like. Not noisy, nice music, open to the street on a lovely warm evening, with a cute street view. Wine suggestion by our waitress was perfect. We had the Caesar salad, lobster ravioli, gnocchi with mushrooms, chicken parm, all were spectacular. We ended with the Italian donuts—melt in your mouth delicious. Servers were very attentive and kind. This might be our new favorite place in the North End. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful dinner.

Our 3rd trip to this OUTSTANDING Italian eatery in the historic North Bay Area. We dined early before a concert at MGM. In my rez I requested a window seat upstairs as the weather was super and the windows would be open to street scenes below. Wish granted! Service was impeccable from entrance to exit, including a greeting upon arrival by the Owner, and a visit by him to our table. He does that for all (we are not rock stars). The food was amazingly authentic, and the presentations on plates superb. Hands down one of the best Italian restaurants where we have dined in the US (sorry NYC and CHI!).

Service is top notch and staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Cool touch is that chef Rich comes around to each table throughout the night to see how everything is and to chat with all the customers.

Our salad, wines and dinners were excellent. The owner and chef, Rick came to our table to make sure we were satisfied too. Portions were large and delicious. If you are headed to Boston, make reservations ahead of time at Tressa’s!

Service and bar staff were excellent and fun to talk with during our drinks dinner. Location and ambiance were great. Food was very good. Lobster raviolis and Cesar salad with truffle oil were the favorites. The chicken parm was good but could have been better with less sauce so breaded chicken was more crispy. All in all a great spot in upscale Little Italy section on Boston.

We enjoyed our visit to Tresca and would go again. We had a late lunch so we opted to share a large Bolognese meal for dinner. There are 2 sizes, which we also loved. We enjoyed the dinner and the wine. They have a pretty good house chardonnay and it was reasonably priced ($10?). We had just left Sail Loft and paid $13 there. We seek out places that offer reasonably priced wines. There are just too many great, inexpensive wines for us to be taken advantage of by an owner who refuses to seek them out. We ate at the bar, which was also lovely and fun. The bartender was really nice, friendly and very helpful. Toward the end of the dinner, the owner or manager came to us personally to ask if we enjoyed our meal. That's a great touch that's very rarely done these days. Before I forget, I had also asked for a small amount of cinnamon for the Bolognese (if you haven't tried, PLEASE DO, It's an amazing addition.). They brought at least 2 oz. I asked if I could please just take a tiny amount out by spoon and please don't waste the rest. They are VERY generous. The portion was also generous and we loved it. We hope to return to the North End within a month and I will definitely go back to Tesca. It felt like home.
