Choose from the ever-changing lunch menu created seasonally by our team of chefs. The menu embodies our commitment to seasonal, locally sourced produce. Over from the UK and our first time at TE. Everything was superb - lovely food (S&P Squid gets a special mention). Ethan our main waiter was very attentive (all the staff were very friendly and efficient). We were outside on the balcony which was perfect- sheltered, good atmosphere, nice views of the Murray River. Not a single complaint. Would highly recommend - the best dining experience we've had in Australia and we've been here over 12 weeks. We will return before we go back.

Fiid amazing 7 in our party everyone enjoyed the food. Service fantastic he was run off his feet but managed still able to provide great service. My birthday and from Melbourne so bit disappointed with where we were seated outside no view at all as at the back could not see the river at all.

We chose a balcony table overlooking the river. The service was amazing and the food was delicious and beautifully presented.

Service was courteous, however we think they need more training. Eg wait until everyone is finished before removing plates.

We entered the venue saw a lovely young man who happily showed us to our table. We requested to him that we would love to do a wine tasting. He advised us no worries go for it let me know when you return. Headed into the wine tasting and the ladies we saw were happy, informative and lovely. While this was happening Natasha came into the wine tasting g area and advised that we were 40 mins late for our table and that was a bit much. When seated at our table Natasha asked us what we’d like to drink by making a remark surely you’ll know what you want to drink. When I requested an item from the menu she said nope not on this menu you need to be on the lawn. Her attitude towards us was nothing but an inconvenience. Was extremely disappointing. We moved to the lawn to order the food to then be told we are unable to order a certain drink. Wow you’d think that a venue would be happy to serve customers. We come once a year but unsure if we will return next year after the service this year. Food was nice but no matter how good the food is the service if bad always leaves a bad taste.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and we love Trentham wines. And enjoyed a bottle of the excellent Frizzante with our lunch. We love coming to Trentham Estate Restaurant when we are down visiting family.

Meals were fine salmon had far to much green salad Like a pub meal Steak was good with seafood They did forget our meal for time But fantastic place best restaurant.
