Our first visit. This was very convenient, tasty, different (for us) and affordable. The food, beverages and service were suburb. I ordered a newly discovered cocktail, The Godfather, and the bartender came to the table, indicated he had heard of it before and then asked what ratio I preferred between the bourbon and Amaretto. For dinner, I had the special, a Wild Boar Lasagna w/ sweet potato "pasta," which was excellent, while my wife went light with a Caesar salad with grilled shrimp. Even the bread was a couple notches above what we normally are served and the croutons on the salad, some of the best we've ever tasted, were made from it (better than cornbread croutons but just as light). The portions were plentiful and the leftovers will be enjoyed tomorrow! Throughout, the staff were very attentive, including the manager and owner. Even the valet was prompt in bringing our car to the front door. The meal and beverages cost less than $100 and considered the quality of the food and service, it was a bargain.

Love the restaurant! Service was a little slow, but it was New Years Eve. We were fine.

New Year’s Eve wouldn’t be the same without the yummy and wonderful vibe of Tre Vele. Our third year in a row. Nicely done!

We had trouble making reservations through Open Table for New Year’s Eve. We selected that we wanted to try to table-side cacio e pepe experience when we made the reservation (about a week ahead of time), then the restaurant called on the afternoon of our reservation to tell us the couldn’t seat us in that area of the house, so we could not actually have that experience. We found another reservation time through Open Table for the same day, but an earlier time, and changed our booking. Meal was great but we kind of expected the chef to tell us about the process or the ingredients or something. Instead he just stood there silently, mixed it up, plated it, and pushed his wheeled cart back to the kitchen. So it was good but less of an “experience” than as they market it. Would still recommend but not quite what we thought we were going to get.

Food, staff, atmosphere, and service is amazing at Tre Vele. I highly recommend checking this place out, hidden gem for sure. They never disappoint, every time I dine here there’s never a misstep and the food is always delicious.

A great experience! We were looking for a nice restaurant but not a stuffy and over the top feel and this place delivered! Artichoke appetizer was amazing! Cocktails were delicious. Highly recommend!
