Le célèbre chef Evan Funke basé à Los Angeles et le géant de la restauration de Chicago, Lettuce Entertain You, ont uni leurs forces pour créer cet élégant steakhouse toscan au sein du St. Regis. Cette adresse est déjà devenue le lieu de prédilection pour les occasions spéciales avec ses délicieuses pâtes artisanales, ses steaks de première qualité et sa sélection de plus de 700 bouteilles de vins italiens, mais également grâce à sa vue imprenable sur le lac Michigan et la rivière Chicago, que l'on peut admirer à travers des baies vitrées spectaculaires de 12 mètres de haut.

Led by Chef Evan Funke, Tre Dita is Italian for "three fingers," and a nod to the precise thickness of a properly cut bistecca Fiorentina. The “cucina Toscana” serves antipasti, handmade pastas and a seasonal selection of steak and dishes from its wood-fired grill. Guests will enjoy sweeping views of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River and Navy Pier from 40 foot windows.

Missing some flavors. Filet mignon was good. The zucchini thing server recommended was super average. Bread looked good and fluffy but was bland. Pastas were ok. Lemon one was good. Drinks were terrible.

This place is good but whoever manages the reservations has delusional time management. Myself and several other parties waited half an hour to be seated, with reservations. Waiting that long kills the energy of the group and makes the overall experience worse. Good food but worth the wait? Maybe.

Everything was great, one of the best restaurants in Chicago! Food was excellent, a really quite and nice place to have dinner, Lindsay was such a great host. It worth the price.

This reservation was 100% worth staying up late to get the reservation we wanted. The views, service, dining room, and food did not let us down. The food was so darn good! Perfect place for a date night or to celebrate. We will be back for sure!!

Friendly and accomodating welcome when we arrived. Great server (Simona) who is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Fantastic starters and delicious entrees, capped off with a delicious dessert. All this made for a memorable anniversary dinner.

Awesome restaurant! Amazing wine list, wines by the glass, and cocktails including mocktails. Started with focaccia which was very soft/light, then the squash blossoms which were rich with cheese (used the focaccia to soak), garden lettuces was perfect and shareable, cacio e pepe was made to perfection with the al dente pasta made in their lab. while the sliced NY steak was tender & flavorful. All shareable. Host reception were welcoming (Louis & his assistants) and service/waiter was impeccable, well-informed and professional (Reuben). Only suggestion to management would be to have food deliverers announce what is being laid on the table in front of the diner, rather than just plopping the dish down and running away. Only one deliverer stated the dish (steak) placed in front of us. The room is very beautiful and wonderful views of the lake/river.
