Led by Chef Evan Funke, Tre Dita, Italian for "three fingers", pays homage to the precise measurement of bistecca Fiorentina.

If booking in the dining room at Tre Dita, you will enjoy a menu of antipasti, handmade pastas, signature entrees and steaks.
If booking in the Bar Tre Dita, you will enjoy a smaller menu of stuzzi, antipasti, handmade pastas and entrees.

D'après les éditeur·rices d'OpenTable : Le célèbre chef Evan Funke basé à Los Angeles et le géant de la restauration de Chicago, Lettuce Entertain You, ont uni leurs forces pour créer cet élégant steakhouse toscan au sein du St. Regis. Adjacent to Tre Dita is Bar Tre Dita, an elegant lounge with expansive seating and a marble bar. With a focus on Italian spirits and whiskies from around the world, Bar Tre Dita serves St. Regis signature cocktails, Italian wines and specialty cocktails. A menu features antipasti, handmade pastas, a selection of entrees and desserts. Please note a reservation at Bar Tre Dita will be at a lounge table (not at the bar top).

Led by Chef Evan Funke, Tre Dita is Italian for "three fingers," and a nod to the precise thickness of a properly cut bistecca Fiorentina. The “cucina Toscana” serves antipasti, handmade pastas and a seasonal selection of steak and dishes from its wood-fired grill. Guests will enjoy sweeping views of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River and Navy Pier from 40 foot windows.

We were in the bar area, and were very underwhelmed. The food was good, but not for the price.

It’s safe to say this restaurant lives up to the hype. Waited at midnight to make a reservation for our special anniversary date and it was well worth it. Although the reservation was for the bar, the phenomenal employees at the front desk were able to help accommodate us for a table in the main room while we were waiting they even said us in the bar so my wife did not have to stand in heels everything from service to the food was amazing. The lemon pasta was to die for and I regret not buying another to take home. Unfortunately for my wallet, we will be back way sooner than expected with no regrets 👍🏼

Was really hoping to like this place as much as the hype but it's not there. The service and wait staff were super friendly. Started with dirty martinis which were disappointing. The gnudi di spinacci was amazing so would highly recommend, but paparedelle duck was meh as the noodles were way too al dente (sauce was good though). The wine is extremely overpriced so be careful on bottles as the markup is 60%. I wanted to love this place and while it was a fine experience and nothing was outright bad, I wouldn't come back given the price.

We went to Tre Dita to carb load the night before the marathon and it did not disappoint. Everything came out hot and delicious! Getting a reservation can be a little difficult. If you're in the eastern time zone be prepared to stay up until 1 am to get a reservation.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner. The food was fantastic. The atmosphere was great and very relaxed. Loved our experience! The staff was very friendly as well.
