Celebrated a birthday with a completely empty restaurant which felt so nice as if we had rented it out for ourselves! The food was phenomenal and the staff were over the top with their service. Second time here and will definitely be coming back and making this our Italian go to!

This lovely little secret in Affton, MO is well worth trying. A 19 year institution with a very visible and friendly owner who is dedicated to the customer's satisfaction. The menu is traditional Italian. Pricing very reasonable given today's environment. The fried calamari was delicious, and crisp. The veal lemon heaping with mushrooms. And the scampi's shrimp size amazingly large. Cocktails were generous and reasonably priced. The restaurant has two dining areas and an attractive bar with dining as well. The ladies restroom was a pleasant surprise....modern and sparkling. We brought a guest who lives in Affton and thought it would be a good opportunity to try Trattoria Toscana. We were not disappointed. We were pleasantly surprised. You will be too.

The food was delicious. We had seafood pasta and Chilean sea bass and both were cooked perfectly. Save room for dessert. I now have a new favorite place in St. Louis to get tiramisu. Their chef definitely deserved the compliment I sent to the kitchen. Service couldn’t have been better. The waitstaff are knowledgeable professionals and anticipate your needs without you ever having to ask them. Immaculately clean, beautiful crystal Chandelier’s and a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or as we did, have a date night. Highly recommend them.

Waitress (Melissa) was personable and attentive (but never hovering). Pre dinner drink (rye manhattan) was very good. I narrowed my meal choice down to 2-3 things from the menu-until she explained the specials! The linguine with bay scallops, shrimp and lobster tail was an immediate decision. Mike had the veal saltimbocca. Both entrees were large portions and delicious. Dessert (crème brûlée and tri layer chocolate and cheese cake cake) was also great! We will go back!

The food is fresh and delicious and the newly remodeled dining room is serene and lovely. Frank Sinatra music playing in the background is a lovely touch. The servers are attentive and very personable.

Fun local Italian food. Like a family owned trattoria in Italy with locals, good food and friendly staff. If they have the brined pork chop special be sure to have it. It is wonderful and special. Overall a great experience.
