We choose to eat outdoors on the sidewalk. Street noise did not interfere with conversation. The outdoor area was pleasant, with a half wall separating the tables from the street. We had the Tricolore RNB salad, which was crisp and fresh, Ziti alla Genovese (good flavor) and Branzino Alla Pugliese, which was excellent. For dessert: Bignè with chocolate and vanilla fillings (3 each), warm and wonderful.

Chef Pasquale has opened a gem. Very authentic and delicious. He’s a walking encyclopedia of Italian cuisine and it shows. Pastas (4) and pizza (1) that we tried were all spot on. An errand pasta dish showed up (not ordered) and they left for us to share. Overall wonderful experience we will be back.

Such a neighborhood gem! Highly recommend doing the chef’s tasting — truly authentic Italian food. Pasquale explains each dish which elevates the experience. It was our second time doing the tasting and definitely not our last!

A great addition to the Wicker park area. The owner Pasquale will make you feel right at home, not only from his authentic food, but also his hospitality. The menue is made out of 3 regions of Italy. Rome, Napoli, Bari hence its unique name RNB. RNB try’s to embark you on 3 different types of cuisine. All from owner and chef Pasquale Di’ Diana favorites. The wood burning oven pizzas are a must. The home made pastas delicious, too many to list. All in all it was a great dinning experience.

Amazing food from a team that has a passion for their craft. We have had the tasting menu multiple times and it has been different and amazing each time.

New on North Avenue, and a passion project. RNB is Rome-Napoli-Bari, and gives an idea of where the cooking is coming from. The welcome is open, and the food is cooked -- with many specially imported ingredients -- with care to be specific to a region, a taste, or a memory. Pizzas are delicate and delicious. Pastas, often made in house, are executed just so. Four of us ate the $100 ten course prix fixe meal. Every single part (pizzas, pastas, seafoods, meats, desserts) was delicious, and the chef/co-owner was happy to tell us about each dish, and what it meant to him. It was also SO much food! We took another two or three meals home with us. Service is very willing but a little haphazard. And although they have a full bar and wine choices, they are also BYOB which we were very happy to make use of. A great new place with a lively Friday crowd.

New place. Still figuring it out. Apps and salads were not good. Pizza was excellent. Quite pricey but the restaurant needs to pay Wicker Park rent. I wish they had more servers.

The food was amazing, the service could have been better. Our waitress brought us the wrong style of pizza and told us she would take care of us at the end of the meal. We still ate the pizza because we didn’t want to wait for another one. I was assuming she was going to put a discount on or send us a free dessert/drink since she said she was going to - but she didn’t do anything which was a little disappointing only because she said she was going to The food was good enough that we would still come back!

We loved our experience for the chef tasting menu! Dominick was our server and he made the whole experience ten times better. The portions are plentiful and you have the option to pack things up for home if you don’t finish. We will be coming again and bringing friends and family. Highly recommend!
