Tratto is headed by Chris Bianco who is a James Beard award-winning chef. Reservations are highly recommended as the seating fills fast. Parties over six are required to have reservations. Walk-ins are always available at the bar top on a first come first served basis. The menu is small but well thought out and balanced. Try the Farinata, which is a thin savory chickpea crepe. Fill up on a pan seared double-cut pork chop or the grilled two wash ranch piccolo chicken. Tratto has a small wine list heavily focused on Italian reds and whites that will perfectly compliment the cuisine. Cocktails and draft beers are also available.

We loved Tratto. The menu was simple yet really impressive and still presenting a delicious meal with obvious care in its work. You can tell the pasta is house made. I would definitely go back again.

Another wonderful evening at Tratto! We sat at the bar and had excellent conversation, cocktails, dinner and dessert. We started with the perfect Martini for me and the best Manhattan my wife has had in a long time-it was Bix in San Francisco good. Thank you Kaitlin! Aly and Ash helped us with food. We split a Gem lettuce salad, Agnolloti and Fettuccine with a side of mushrooms. All completely and utterly delicious and perfect to share. Ash picked a perfect wine for us and we finished it off with an amazing dessert: Lemon pie for me and Date cake for my wife. Erin, as always, was the perfect hostess and the ladies, Kaitlin, Aly and Ash made our night out perfect! We’ve already made another reservation-go!

The food was incredibly delicious! Tratto is an interesting mix of high-end and very casual. My son and I had an enjoyable meal while in town for the Waste Management Open.

Celebrated my fiancés birthday at Tratto! Located in a unique historic building and atmosphere, which was definitely our vibe. I’m vegan and the chef was very accommodating by omitting cheese and dairy products. Several options for vegan guests. We were welcomed with a small vegan smashed chickpea & radish tasting appetizer on the house. We shared the colorful citrus salad and crispy roasted herb potatoes. My fiancé enjoyed the highly rated apple butter pork chops and I had a delicious pasta & bean dish. They have a seasonal rotating menu. Drinks were also amazing. Highly recommended for a celebratory dinner or special occasion!

Such an unexpected surprise. Love the ambiance, decor and vibe. Music so you barely noticed, food was awesome. Will be back! White tablecloth while approachable.
