Trani’s Dockside, is a new waterside restaurant launched by one of the port town’s best known restaurant families. The restaurant was able to hold a soft grand opening on May 16, the 98th anniversary of the opening of the original Trani’s Majestic Cafe that opened in 1925 in downtown San Pedro.

A hidden gem on the waterfront. Very well-constructed menu especially for pescatarians. Dishes were meticulously prepared. Service was efficient & friendly. Only downside is the noise level.

A very personal experience. Staff attentive and professional. Took advantage of reserving a table - our Anniversary - and there was a Congratulatory Anniversary Card at our table. Nice touch. Looking forward to taking family and friends to Trani’s. OBTW - our evening did conjure up memories of the great days at Trani’s downtown.

Absolutely the Best! Freshest fish and foods around. We always have a great time and meal here whether its lunch or dinner. Service is impeccable, ambience amazing and beautiful, foods…incredible! Please visit, you will not be disappointed!

The service is attentive. I had the blue fin tuna small dish (raw tuna) and it was different and delicious. one of my party wanted to add either some fruit or cold slaw with her web beef sandwich, but if it is not on the menu it is not offered. The food is tasty and reasonably priced though on the higher end.

It was an amazing experience Andy our server she was amazing, super friendly, super knowledgeable Dustin (long line of chefs in the Tanni family ) in the kitchen who is the chef/ owne extraordinaire … food was fantastic. We tried things that we haven’t tried before and they were off the chart. amazing. I highly recommend it!! the location is really neat and ambience fantastic.

Always an amazing and enjoyable experience. We cannot wait until our next visit. The food is incredible and the staff is wonderful. This is by far my favorite restaurant

The service was amazing! We went for our anniversary and the ambiance was perfect for it as well as the food. We got the 2lbs of ribeye steak done medium rare and it was just right! We highly recommend!

Trani’s Dockside is the original Trani’s cooler, younger sister. Craft cocktails, interesting menu and friendly service. Their menu has everything but if you enjoy oysters and other raw fish items it’s super fresh. Fish is delivered daily!
