TOZI Grand Cafe is an Italian restaurant bringing the classic elegance of Europe’s Grand Cafes to the Battersea Power Station neighbourhood.

Suiting all occasions throughout the day with Italian twists on brunch, exceptional antipasti, afternoon tea, elegant lunches and dinners; all within a stylish art-centric destination dining room with dramatic works by renowned creative Jaime Hayon.

The treasures of Italian cuisine and drink showcase throughout the menu, freshly made pasta including lobster linguine and classic dishes such as veal Milanese will delight. The Pasticceria Mignon is freshly baked in-house and offers the best of Italian bakery and pastry craft. Italian aperitivo and wines are proudly listed with a cocktail menu including signature takes on Negronis, Italian twists and spritz alongside a destination worthy wine list. Just launched at TOZI Grand Café is our brand new brunch menu, filled with modern classic dishes like; Eggs benedict, avocado on sourdough with poached eggs and pancakes with seasonal fruit compote served with coconut or Greek yoghurt and much more! Sip on coffees or spritz, or opt for a freshly squeezed juice or smoothie. Served from 12pm – 4pm every Saturday and Sunday, it’s the perfect spot for pick-me-up in between shopping around the Battersea Power Station!

If you are looking for fine Italian cuisine in Battersea, Tozi Grand Cafe will not disappoint. Excellent meal! Service was great - staff were friendly and welcoming. The three of us shared a starter of aubergine parmigiana. For mains, our daughter enjoyed the chicken breast with gnocchi, while my husband and I shared the lobster linguine. The servings were substantial, but just the right size to leave room for dessert - lemon sorbet and a shared almond frangipane.

Service a bit hit and miss. Mix-up with the menus. Good location. Mains average. Desserts excellent. Booked well in advance after looking at the online menu. Was surprised by the menu attached to the reminder message from Open Table the day before the booking, which was different to the one online, and even more surprised when we arrived to find that the menu was even more reduced that the one we had been sent. When I mentioned this, the staff were great & said they'd have a word with the marketing department as something must have gone wrong. Also as they didn't have the wine choice we requested we were given glasses of an alternative on the house as an apology for the mix-ups. Nice gesture which was much appreciated. Some of the team seemed a bit disorganised and others were working their socks off such as the guy making the starters and desserts who did a fantastic job. Location was good, about 50% full at 2pm, and not too noisy. Table was a bit grubby with watermarks from the glasses from whoever had eaten & drunk there before us, but the rest of the place seemed clean & tidy. Veal Milanese was OK, pasta dish was small but tasty. Tiramisu and Panna Cotta lovely!

Disappointing you can’t sit outside before 11am on a weekend. Slow service and lots of items not available. It’s a shame, as a local resident I was looking forward to having a new spot

So average and not good service. No one seemed to know what they were doing, we had to ask for the drinks menu and then a couple of minutes after ordering our aperetifs we were asked if we were ready to order our food, yes we were but then also asked if we wanted wine when we hadn’t even had our first drinks. The waitress then wanted us to tell her when we were ready for our main courses, which just felt odd. The salt grinder was filled with pepper and why on a menu would you do the 2 most appealing pasta dishes for 2 people to share. The dishing pasta at the table just seemed silly as the service wasn’t slick enough for that to be enjoyable. Ambience was not there, maybe having the doors swung open to the hotel didn’t help. Starters were nice. Cacio e pepe made your nose run as it was over peppery and actually quite dry. I was looking forward to trying this place as had been recommended the one in Victoria but I will happily never go again.

Lovely food and setting. Service wasn’t great, it was slow and food came before drinks, there was a wait on food too and then as soon as starters were cleared we immediately were served mains. Also no one offered for more drinks
