We have been here many times this was my 50th birthday and brought friends that have never eaten here. The server was rude, we felt rushed, and they never offered a dessert. Food was not the same as it always has been in the past. Very disappointed

Hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve been too. Great service and our steaks were cooked to perfection! Great vibes and would highly recommend for a special occasion!

Celebrated my wife’s bday. The old fashioned was great. The Caesar salad, surf and turf and sides were amazing. They comped a crème brûlée. We will be back.

Our waiter was excellent really went above and beyond Ambiance was a great mix of class and history The bone in rib eye was probably the best gateau I’ve had in my life

Our server April was fantastic. She was attentive, through and even took the cream spinach off the table when she could see we didn’t like it. The macaroni casserole was amazing. BBQ scallops used the seasoning to comer up less than fresh scallops. The atmosphere was fun. The food was very mediocre, especially for the caliber restaurant it’s supposed to be. It was so loud my friend and I screamed at each other the whole time just to hear and then left early. It wouldn’t be my first choice to return to although I wouldn’t count it out all together. I’d just order different food the next time.

The ambiance and food were amazing. Probably the best steak my husband and I have ever had and the interior design is gorgeous. We arrived 5 minutes before our 5pm reservation, to find the door locked and waiting in the sun until they unlocked the doors at 5. With what seems like strict restrictions on how much time each party is allowed per reservation, you would think the doors would be open at 4:55 to allow in the patrons with 5 pm reservations. Warning to temper expectations to anyone making a reservation - Town Hearth has time limits on your table. 1-2 people get 1.5 hours, 3-4 people get 1.75 hours, and 6+ get 2+ hours. We received this message prior to our arrival. When the meal was finished, our waiter did not ask if we wanted another drink rather he brought us the check. When he brought the check, we said we had wanted a second glass of wine and after bringing it, he said that management would want the table soon. At the beginning of dinner we mentioned wanting a bottle of wine but he insisted that purchasing by the glass was better. Looking back, I’m not sure if he was trying to save us money, trying to get his table flipped for the next party, or was pressured by management to flip the table as quick as possible. I see other reviews with complaints of waiting too long for their table after having a reservation, well the flip side is spending $400 and being told to move on. I would try going on a week night so maybe you don’t have the same pressure or experience because the food and decor are exceptional.

We waited an hour to be seated for our reservation. We couldn’t even get a drink at the bar it was so packed and busy and behind. The manager and our waiter were wonderful and very accommodating sending over a few comped apps but probably will not come back because the wait time was so long.

A little obnoxious to have to wait after your reservation time. Take advantage of valet parking. Bar area is very tight and dinner seating is by the bar. Bartenders were great. Food was excellent- exceeded my expectations. Loud music pushes the energetic vibe, the decor was interesting with the chandeliers- but it fit together.

Great night out with friends. Our server was fantastic. We have had her before and she’s very good overall it was a wonderful dinner.
