The food was amazing. The service was spectacular. Steve our waiter. Perfect service. 10/10 will be coming back. Salmon Carpaccio - so delicate and packed full of flavors. 10/10 will order again. Soup a L’oignon - hearty from the crouton on top, deep flavors from the caramelized onions and stock, and rich with the melted cheese cap. Served traditionally in an individually baked crock. 10/10 will order again. Lobster Bisque - rich and velvety with a great lobster flavor. Poured over the lobster meat table side, makes it feel like a special occasion. 10/10 will order again. Escargots Persillade - huge, plump, tender, delicious. Cooked in a delicious parsley and garlic sauce. They were perfect on some of the sliced baguette and butter served at the table. (The bread is also great for dipping in the sauce 😈). 10/10 will order again Warm Brie - A whole round of warmed Brie cheese with pear and wild mushrooms. Served with toasted baguette spears. Without the pear: 7/10. With the pear: 9/10. Would recommend. Quiche Lorraine - was an enormous portion and so velvety. The body of it melts in your mouth, leaving you with the perfect crust on top requiring only a delicate bite to coax it into dissolving as well. 12/10 will order again. Apple Tarte with house made salted caramel gelato - a large portion. The flavors were all fresh and delicious. The textures got me a bit on this. It’s personal preference, but I prefer the apples thinly sliced rather than sliced into large wedges before baking. Also the puff pastry crust gets became a bit soggy on bottom while eating. The gelato was absolutely perfect for me, but might be considered quite sweet by some folks. 8/10 for me due to textural preference. Would recommend to others. Chocolate soufflé - huge, impressive, towering. Delicious. Rich, light, velvety, chocolaty, and not too sweet! Juuuuust right! Chocolate sauce poured table-side over top and inside of the soufflé makes this a showstopper. 10/10 will order again.

Toulouse is an absolute must when we’re in Plano. Elegant, quiet and superb food and cocktails. Lobster Risotto was typical Toulouse. Perfectly prepared and exceptionally presented.

Good food, great food but acoustics cause it to be loud. Plus, live music at Sunday brunch is too loud. Why do piano players think they are the reason we are there? Not all are Billy Joel…..soft background music not a concert, please!

We have been here dozens of times, this was our worst experience. The service was terrible. We waited for 20 minutes for a Diet Pepsi, couldn’t get our server’s attention and he never checked on us. Had to ask foe the check after waiting for 15 minutes after dinner was cleared. He didn’t give the specials and we saw him do this with other tables. Food wasn’t as good as in the past, small portions, too. Calamari was soggy, pasta was bland.

Excellent experience! Starting with the lovely hostess, Lay. She was most accommodating to our request. Food was wonderful and Paul our waiter was exceptional! Perfect evening! Can’t wait to go back!
