Tottington Manor is beautifully situated in the South Downs National Park with hillside and farmland views, yet it is just 10 minutes from the A23 at Pyecombe and the A27 at Shoreham.

With a menu showcasing the best of local ingredients cooked fresh each day by our team of chefs, you can enjoy dinner in our restaurant, Terra, or outside on our decking, or in winter time, choose our more relaxed fire side Olive Restaurant.

In addition we have a number of private dining options available from 6 to 95.

Our Downs Suite is completely separate with its own private garden, stretch tent and bar and is ideal for family celebrations, parties and of course Weddings. Enjoy the spectacular views in Summer or the roaring open fire in winter, afternoon tea is a delightful occasion at any time of year. A debit/credit card is required at the point of booking, Because Afternoon Teas are created fresh for each order any cancellations within 48hrs the full charge may be taken against the stored card.

Overall was very happy. Was surprised to learn that ketchup had run out when my daughter's burger turned up! Burger was adult sized, maybe a smaller version would be better for young diners

Excellent to come back to what was already a very good venue, loved the change of decor but what really made the meal so outstanding was the quality of food backed up by impeccable service from Holly.

We had a lovely, leisurely lunch on the terrace yesterday. The food was delicious, enhanced by the fantastic service and the general ambience. One of our group was delayed in traffic, but we were not rushed to order without her, and we spent the afternoon drinking tea and chatting. Thank you so much 😊

My turn to entertain family and friends. Could not have on a more appropriate place to do so. Lovely weather, table on the decking. Wonderful food and service. What more could you want.

Had a fabulous Sunday Lunch yesterday . Took the parents to view our wedding venue and stayed for lunch. There was so much going on with private parties , afternoon teas and a packed restaurant This did not impact the level of service received and subsequent delicious food , beautifully presented and piping hot . Phil you are so friendly , engaging and funny , not to mention sorting the oldies out with their brandys . Great work team Tottington

A very warm and personal welcome by Helen and the team. Despite the preparations for a wedding and a 70th birthday, we were well looked after and the food was delicious and well presented. The newly decorated Terra restaurant was lovely and comfortable. The staff were excellent in an attentive and friendly way. Thank you we will be back very soon.

Absolutely amazing food and such lovely service. We couldn't say anything negative at all. The food was really next level and everyone was so lovely and welcoming. Absolutely recommend. The ambience and setting in one of the most spectacular parts of Sussex adds to the whole experience too. We'll definitely be back!

Tottington Manor is FANTASTIC! Gorgeous location with beautifully prepared food; extremely freshly sourced ingredients; top quality - could be Michelin Star rated! We dine here a few times every month and the staff are always great; very attentive & helpful & the owners are super friendly and welcoming. Great choice of delicious food on their seasonal menu and accompanied with a great choice of drinks! We LOVE it here, thanks to all of the Tottington team - great job!!
