Tottington Manor is beautifully situated in the South Downs National Park with hillside and farmland views, yet it is just 10 minutes from the A23 at Pyecombe and the A27 at Shoreham.

With a menu showcasing the best of local ingredients cooked fresh each day by our team of chefs, you can enjoy dinner in our restaurant, Terra, or outside on our decking, or in winter time, choose our more relaxed fire side Olive Restaurant.

In addition we have a number of private dining options available from 6 to 95.

Our Downs Suite is completely separate with its own private garden, stretch tent and bar and is ideal for family celebrations, parties and of course Weddings. Enjoy the spectacular views in Summer or the roaring open fire in winter, afternoon tea is a delightful occasion at any time of year. A debit/credit card is required at the point of booking, Because Afternoon Teas are created fresh for each order any cancellations within 48hrs the full charge may be taken against the stored card.

A wonderful place to while away the afternoon. An amazing lunch, fantastic food, great staff, they don't hurry you out and just left me and my friend to catch up and chat and look at the amazing views. A must in my book

Had lunch with my friend, who is going through a very rough patch at the moment and it was the perfect place to sit, eat and chat in the beautiful , peaceful setting, thank you so much.

What a find! The setting really was very special and the food and service were excellent. We sat outside on a sunny day and felt so lucky to be there. Such a very special place.

Unfortunately our order didn’t get to the kitchen - after an hour of waiting and seeing other guests receive their meals our waiter came over and explained that the paper had run out of the order machine and the kitchen didn’t receive it. When we received our food - the 3 roasts were ok but the fish dish had to be returned as it wasn’t satisfactory. By the time one of our party (a diabetic) finally received his food, the other 3 of us had finished. We were compensated and not charged for the fish meal and desserts but quite frankly it wasn’t the dining experience we went for. We also had to endure (along with everyone else there) squealing from two very young twin babies who whilst not crying we continually squealing and we found that very off putting when trying to talk, one of our party had to remove his hearing aids. All in all we won’t be rushing back sorry!

Excellent service, food is fantastic, easy calm and well decorated restaurant. Staff are friendly, easy online booking and plenty of parking, great views of the South Downs. Enjoyed every moment and meal we have had there.
