I rely on OT reviews when traveling but this one was off the mark. Not a good experience. Menu is a little strange for the concept. Most entrees came with mashed potatoes and you could not get a side of pasta??? Kitchen problems here-food was slow and not hot but flavors were good. Was not told you had to order bread so when soup came and no bread we ordered some. I couldn't eat my soup slow enough and bread came afterwards and was 3 slices of sour dough but neighboring table had a nice focacia spread??? The place looks great and modern but they have operational issues.

Usually bad food. Did not expect the quality to be so poor. The pasta was mushy - think Spaghetti-O texture. The dish also had scallops that were greasy and way too salty.

Have dined here before and have always enjoyed it. This time service was an especially slow, both drinks and food. At the conclusion of the meal, we were not asked about dessert or coffee or an after dinner drink. This is not the service I have typically experienced.

Ate in indoor dining room. Entire place smelled like fish (not in a good way). Patio door made annoying squeak and slam every time guests or servers went through (which was a lot). Classic entrée dishes were ok but not worth the money. And a “classic” Italian restaurant always should include a salad or at least bread, neither of which you will get here. Disappointing overall experience.

Our Server was absolutely amazing!!! I wish I remembered his name, but he said he was also a bartender in the hotel. Best server we’ve had in years!!!! Amazing. Food as usual was outstanding
