We had reservations and were met with hostesses who were not welcoming and told us they were very busy and didn't have a table for us. Once we got seated the food was sub par, not hot, lack of flavor, and our service wasn't great. Go to Captial Prime for way better experience!!

Good overall. But.. We didn't receive our drinks until we were half way through the appetizers. Reservation for 7, but table was set for 6. Details are very important, especially at a fine dining experience. It was a special occupation. Based on the website and reviews, we expected high service as well.

Mediocre food quality. Loud music with DJ made no sense. Chicken dry and tough. Server did right thing and took that entree off the bill. This was Saturday 1pm on Parents weekend so i do give them some grace here.

We had an amazing meal at Toscana. Service was great and the food was original and delicious! We loved the Gnocchi appetizer.

The service and food was outstanding. They accommodated us even though we were 30 mins late. Delicious wine and pasta. We’ll be back!

I have been here on multiple occasions and every time the issue had always been customer service. This time it was a mix of everything. When we first arrived our waiter was very much in a rush which we did not appreciate. We came to have a meal and drinks with friends who we have not seen in awhile and the whole time it had felt like they wanted to get it over with. The food came out cold and the drinks we ordered were absolutely disgusting. As we paid the bill 5 minutes later the fireplace was turned off and we each had a full glass of wine still left and he knew that. No food is worth the poor experience we just had.

First time at Toscana's with friends. Nice menu, with entrees ala carte and great wine list. We were impressed with the number of high quality wines by the glass. The wine tasting was a bit confusing, but interesting, as we had never experienced wine tasting with a wine card that had to be purchased. Our waiter allowed us 1 free wine taste before purchasing a glass. Our entrees were good.
